We request that you schedule your car shipping as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pick up is necessary, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up within 24 hours.

The auto industry sees an increase in orders and activity during the winter and spring season. This is primarily due to what we call Snowbirds who ship their cars down south during the winter and back again during the spring. This season is higher in rates.

Yes your vehicle will be insured against any transport damage caused by driver negligence. Our drivers, carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance. Each driver is also required to carry a minimum of $100,000 or move in cargo insurance (depending on the size of truck the vehicle is being transported on) Enclosed carriers require more cargo insurance.

Elite Auto Transport delivers vehicles based on distance and desired dates. If you request immediate delivery then your car will shipped immediately after pick up. Coast to coast is 7-10 days. Coast to Midwest is 3-5 days. Northeast to Florida is 3-4 days.

Please have a no more that 1/2 tank of fuel, remove all personal items from your vehicle, repair any chips and/or cracks in your windows and make sure your vehicle is prepared for changing weather conditions. For additional tips, visit our car shipping checklist.

Yes, you or your designated individual must be present at both the pickup and delivery points for when the trucking company arrives. Please make sure to tell the agent which individual to contact during transit to deliver your vehicle. Our goal at Elite Auto Transport is to give you the most secure and safe service possible.

Yes, you are allowed to put up to 100 lbs. of personal belongings in your vehicle. It must be confined to the trunk area and must be well secured. All personal items in the vehicle are placed there at the owners risk; they are not covered by the truck’s insurance. We do not recommend packing electronics, breakable items or valuable items. An additional fee will be charged if you put more then 100 lbs. into your vehicle.

Cashier’s check, postal money orders, personal checks or company checks will be accepted for your deposit only. For the remaining balance due, all payments must be made via cash, cashier’s check, postal money order, or official bank check ONLY. No credit cards are accepted for final payment.

It’s very unlikely that your vehicle will be damaged – but should damage occur, please be sure to note it on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it. Claims cannot be processed by the driver’s insurance company if damage is not noted at time of delivery.
